Who We Are

I am a mental health professional with dual credentials and I have  a masters degree from Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School.   I am a licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) and licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC), specializing in helping individuals recover from addiction to alcohol and drugs. I particularly focus on co-occurring mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality issues, and interpersonal issues, and have extensive experience working with individuals and families navigating the difficult and complex challenges associated with addiction.  All that being said, addiction is not my only focus.

Beyond my credentials, I have the experience of my own mental and chemical health journey.  Having been sober from alcohol and other drugs since November of 2016, I bring a level of empathy and understanding to my work. I know firsthand the challenges and triumphs of recovery from mental and chemical health issues. My sincere dedication is to help others to find a new sense of freedom.

Whether working one-on-one with clients or facilitating group sessions, I approach my work with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and grow.
